Welcome to my remodeling blog. My name is Joe Gingerich. I own and operate West Construction, a sole proprietorship located in West, Texas. I specialize in bathroom and kitchen remodels, as well as load-bearing wall removal, blending the opening into the existing structure in a way that you can’t tell that it wasn’t original construction.

I enjoy interacting with customers, solving unique design problems, creating space that is a reflection of a
homeowner’s character and creativity.

Java Joe is the nickname given to me by some friends who were inspired by my appreciation for a good cup of coffee. I have been known to frequent Starbucks and other specialty coffee shops, using them as ‘branch offices’ for designing and estimating.
